Plans are to release 104 “Palestinian prisoners” in a bid to boost prospects for the resumption of peace talks with Palestinian authorities.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated:  “This is an incredibly difficult decision. It hurts the bereaved families, it hurts all of the Israeli people and it hurts me very much. It clashes with the most important principle, the principle of justice.”

 Palestinian Minister of Prisoner Affairs Issa Qaraqe  is quoted as saying: 
 "President Obama should exert pressure on Israel to release Palestinian prisoners being held  in Israeli prisions." 

A Palestinian minister stated that Secretary of State John Kerry has assured Palestinians that Israel will free some 350 prisoners in the coming months.



One is never betrayed by a stranger; only fools put their trust in people they do not know. You can only be betrayed by someone you consider to be a  close friend, a trusted ally, a person whom you thought was fighting with you, not against you.

The forces of Jihad have strong and powerful friends in London and Washington DC; the enemy now stands at the gates of Jerusalem.

Samantha Power is set to be the next US ambassador to the UN following overwhelming approval during her Senate Foreign Relations Committee appearance on Tuesday. Power made special note of her intention to defend Israel in the world body and work to secure a seat for the Jewish state on the Security Council by 2018.

After her approval by all but two of the 18-member Senate committee, Power is expected to easily win confirmation from the rest of the Senate.

Let us pray that she is a man/woman of her word.

Christian denominations all too often teach the woman in Revelation 12 is the church. The Pope claims the women in the book of Revelation Chapter 12 is the Catholic Virgin Mary.

Both are wrong.

The woman in Revelation 12 is Israel, the Jewish nation, from Abraham came Jacob, who brought forth the 12 sons that later became the 12 tribes of Israel.

Israel, the chosen.

Israel, the chosen brought forth the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua haMashiach who shed His love abroad to all nations, the goyim, who are the called.

"A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head.."  Revelation 12:1

Sources in Israel disclosed the European Union has issued orders forbidding all 28 member states from cooperating, transferring funds, giving scholarships or research grants to organizations or individuals based in Judea and Samaria, eastern Jerusalem, and even the Golan Heights. The instructions are for the years 2014 – 2020 and will go into force on Friday, July 18. The decision also states that any future agreement signed with Israel must include a section that says the “settlements” are not part of sovereign Israel and therefore not included in the agreement. The Prime Minister’s Office made it clear the territorial clause is likely to be a great stumbling block in Israel-EU relations. (Ha'aretz/INN)

Might it be reasonable to conclude - according to scripture – that this latest attempt on the part of the EU to cripple Israel is likely to backfire on European nations in an unpleasant way?

For the ayatollah of Iran, the destruction of Israel is only one victory on the way to global submission to Allah.

Israel is seen as the little Satan, that needs to be terminated. When the greater Satan [America] is demolished, resistance will be minimal, and the world will submit to Islam. The west will either accept to be dhimmi, or its citizens will be slain by the sword.

The root of the problem lies in the spiritual realm of darkness.

Pray for the Light of Truth to pierce through the darkness and shine light upon the people of the Middle East.

Hamas, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, has been responsible for thousands of rocket and mortar attacks on Israel. The attacks have killed several dozen people and injured hundreds, but their main effect is the creation of widespread psychological trauma and disruption of daily life among the Israeli populace. Pray the Hamas terrorist organization and its affiliates will be rendered utterly powerless in its violent goals and tactics. Pray against renewed rocket attacks against Israel’s southern communities. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem

"And if it seem evil unto you to serve the L-RD, choose you this day whom you will serve;  Whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: 

But as for me and my house, WE WILL SERVE THE L-RD"  Joshua 24:15

Only 16% of Israeli Jews say they ever read the Hebrew Bible known as the Tanakh (the five books of Moses, the prophets and the writings), The vast majority of Arab Muslims have never even seen a Bible, much less read one.

Is there really any wonder then that if the half billion people in this region don’t know God’s Word, that they are not experiencing His peace, much less peace between nations and ethnic groups?

The build up of extreme anti-Semitism before the Holocaust came from a single source: Hitler, his followers and allies; the Catholic Church and certain factions of Protestantism.

Today, the hatred comes from many diverse sources:  large parts of the Muslim world, the United Nations, the Jewish Defense League,   liberal Protestants, trade unions,  major university professors; the list is endless...

 As we draw nearer to the Time of Jacob' Trouble let us never forget the enemies of God and of His people. Israel, the chosen, and His church, the called. Enemies that stand in direct opposition to The Word of God. Enemies that twist and turn scripture to fit their own agenda.

If you read Israel and the Church as being two separate entities than you've missed the boat, and one of the most fundamental teachings of the New Testament just went right over your head.”

There are amazing similarities between his persona and the inner nature of national Israel. In and of themselves, the names of Jacob and Israel, literally define the people called by God to secure the land grant promised to his grandfather, Abraham.
